Destiny

'Place in your own hands your destiny, then you will not be at the mercy of others.'

From a work perspective and through personal encounters, I can expand the above quote into three points I should take note.

a. Will work be an excuse to be busy and not get my house and myself in order. Is it the easier way out? Just work, work, work and play, play, play. No time to think, plan and evaluate?

b. Will the short-term goals of working for money fit into my longer-term goals. If not, re-evaluate.

c. Take control, be resposible. My destiny is in my own hands.
